Administrative Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Verify production quantity and process finished production in AS400 from one warehouse to outside warehouse.

Receive finished production - compare and verify inventory tickets to tally sheet for accuracy. Enter the finished production into the system.

Discrepancies - investigate and solve inventory discrepancies. This includes missing product, shortages, wrong lot number or wrong items.

Cycle Inventory Count - Count all ingredients, materials, finished product, rework as directed by supervision.

Top Must Haves:
1. HS Diploma or GED equivalent
2. 2+ years Supply chain Experience or BS Degree
3. Knowledge of Mapics, SAP or other ERP system
4. 2+ years Microsoft Excel

Typical Day: Verify production quantity and process finished production in AS400 from one warehouse to outside warehouse.

Performance Expectations: Ability to communicate at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job. Ability to follow written and verbal procedures or instructions.
