Medical Biller

MUST HAVES:
Experience reviewing patient bills for accuracy
Experience working in a physician/doctor capactiy following up on claims
Working with aging reports

RESPONSIBILITES:

Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information

Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances

Researches and resolves all assigned outstanding balances

Starts appeals and sees through to completion, including follow-up for
resolution

Runs account aging reports and prepares excel spreadsheets, as required

Follow Up on unpaid Claims
