We are currently seeking a mid to High level Operations Support Specialist to support the Staffmark operation at a very well known National Company, located in the South Brunswick/Monmouth Junction area.
The Operations support specialist reports driectly to the Staffmark Account Manager and assists with all daily duties to support our Customer, Our employees and Staffmark.
This is a Long term TEMPORARY ROLE (3- 4months) with a POSSIBILITY of moving into another opportunity within Staffmark. This can be a full time (7am-3:30pm M-F) or Part Time (7am-12pm M-F) depending on the right candidates needs!
In the Operations support specailist role, you would be responsible for:
-Daily morning Check in's
-Handling Employee Questions, Employee Interface
-Employee Safety or PPE equipment distribution
-Employee Time clock Management
-Daily Customer Reporting
-Headcount, Attendance and Hours Reports, Billing reports support
-Interfacing with AP/AR
-Handling Time off Requests
-Working/interfacing with HR
-Support of employee Orientations - new hires first day
-Participate in managing employee recognition events and programs
-Maintain employee records, Turnover follow up.
-various special projects as assigned

Requirements

-High School Diploma or equivalent -some college or secondary education or consummate experience -Flexibility for additional hours if needed -Proactive, forward thinker - at least 2 years of Previous or current experience in a similar role, supporting larger groups or organizations -Advanced skills with Exel, Powerpoint and Word -Excellent Math and problem solving skills -Articulate, excellent communication skills -Own transportation -HR experience is a plus but not required
