The selected Business Analyst will offer experience/knowledge of technical support and will have the ability to independently manage a project and use tactical skills to effectively develop and implement business solutions. The Business Analyst will coordinate problem resolution with other team members, escalation resources, and partner companies to ensure open communication of issues and resolution.
Job Description

Insurance Business Analyst to support the maintenance of the Global Technical Pricing application for the Property Group.
Researching production problems/issues and recommending solutions.
Managing the Service Now queue to ensure all issues are up to date and resolved in a timely manner.
Update the scripts used by the AIG Helpdesk.
Develop and implement training materials.
Develop and implement test cases.
Work closely with end users to determine issues and prioritize items into scheduled releases.
Meet with end users to gather requirements.
Write Requirements documents and use cases.
Skills needed
This position requires: strong attention to detail and deadlines, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong project management, negotiation and analytical skills as well as the ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization. Insurance experience needed.
