This is the place to do your life's best work.(sm)The Provider Installation Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to: structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and provider education materials. Responsibilities will also include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards. Primary Responsibilities:

Auditing and validating provider data integrity to ensure accuracy
Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Investigate non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
Work exclusively within a specific knowledge area
Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
Provide explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
Additional ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of work experience in a corporate setting
2+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience, specifically in credentialing providers, working in provider relations, medical billing or quality management
At least a basic or higher level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Access
 Preferred Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree
Provider data auditing and accounting experience will be a plus
Contract loading experience and knowledge of Facets
Understanding of Provider contracts and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines from multi-staff members within the department
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
