Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking qualified candidates for call center/customer service positions. These will be 1st/2nd shift contract opportunities. All candidates must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Job Description:

Reps will be taking inbound calls, taking orders over the phone for their gift basket program. The friends and family will be calling in with orders - so they will walk them through the buying process and check them out at the end of the call.

The reps will work anywhere from 32-42 hours/week, depending on the demand.

They must have open availability between (7:30am - 11 pm) M-F & (11-4pm) on Saturday.
