About this job

Our client is seeking call center candidates to help with their third party call center. This position will require candidates to handle between 100+ inbound customer service calls on a daily basis from patients in the Hospital setting.
Candidates will be handling calls from patients in respective hospitals and will be taking calls in regards to fixing televisions, bedside assistance and any and all other personal accomodations.
This will require candidates to perform high level of data entry and taking payments over the phone.
This position will require candidates to communicate with patients of all different ages and backgrounds and will perhaps require the ability to handle sensitive conversations.

Requirements:
* Responsible for providing in real time professional, courteous, and accurate customer service support for all of our clients users to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
* Position requires focus on answering inbound calls while engaging in customer communications and sitting for extended periods of time
* Interface with hospital/nursing home admitted patients and their administrative staff
* Process customer payments over the phone using credit card/debit card scenarios ; activate/deactivate Television and Telephone services; issue credits, pro rates, and troubleshoot service issues
* Maintain up to date working knowledge of client processes and all hospital business rules
* Assess customer service inquiries and complaints to determine the appropriate course of action
* Effectively communicate via phone and email using customer friendly and appropriate language to external company technicians when troubleshooting service issues
* Record all inquiry and complaint information in their appropriate databases
* Identify and handle as appropriate any issues of concerns and/or problems to the attention of the Call Center Manager
* Retrieve, review, verify, collect, record and update customer information in multiple databases
* Direct Callers through the services and explain their product offerings
