About this job
Work for one of the largest Banking systems in the USA.
Inbound call center. Customers will be calling in with questions on the website; calls can consist of password resets, helping with navigation questions, and other basic computer/site issues.
The agents will be low level technical support, walking them through "real-time" step by step navigation and ensuring they have their issue resolved.
* Scripted portions of the call.
* Must be able to train during normal business hours, training will be up to two weeks long.
* Shifts vary per center and are outlined in the requisition in IQN.
* Metrics used for Agent Evaluation: Average Handle Time, Warm Transfers/Referrals, Customer Satisfaction, and Adherence.
* 60-80 calls per day
The ideal candidate must be:
* Enthusiastic and dedicated to providing superior customer service, assist with telephone and email customer inquiries
* Highly motivated and can recognize and seize opportunities for our customers
* Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
* Able to navigate on the Internet
Minimum requirements:
1 year call center experience
