About this job

Assists customers who visit a Device Support Center with problem resolution. Handles telephone and face to face contacts. Answers questions and concerns on all products and services offered by the Company through research and resolution using various tools and systems. Provides technical troubleshooting and resolution that may include device replacement along with training customers on device or application functionality. Maintains appropriate records, prepares required reports, and updates customer accounts. May sell and service all products and services offered by the Company. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

GENERAL DUTIES

The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:

GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:

1. An ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience to resolve issues and exceed performance standards.

2. Provides customers with technical support assistance through triage, troubleshooting and testing.

3. Answers customer requests or inquiries concerning services and products and communicates resolution to customers.

4. Utilizes various systems and tools to assist and service customers.

5. May perform device exchange, software upgrades, reflash, etc... as required.

6. May receive, inspect and inventory inbound replacement stock and assist with preparing outbound shipments.

7. Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.

8. Utilize operational systems to update customer records.

9. Administer functions on all opening, closing, and balancing procedures to according to finance guidelines


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A PARTICULAR JOB:

1. One of more years of customer service and/or sales experience.

2. Understanding of all products and services sold by the Company.

3. Perform over the counter exchanges of customer defective equipment.

4. Ensure work area is maintained in a clean and professional environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to lift 25lbs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Specific job assignments may require day, evening, split shift, weekend and/or holiday hours.

Overtime may be required.

May be required to work at other locations.
