Cell Technician - Full-time / Part-time

We are now hiring for an automotive manufacturing facility in Dunlap, TN. This is an entry level Maintenance position. Ideal candidates will have experience in machine setup, maintenance, and plastics or injection mold. $15-$17/HR based on experience.

Great opportunity to move in to maintenance position which pays $20+ / HR

Will be 2nd or 3rd shift based on what is available. Need to be flexible and able to work overtime!

Job Description:

* Start-up and shutdown of molding and assembly equipment in accordance with procedures.
* Changes molds and assembly equipment in accordance with the production schedule (KANBAN System).
* Changes molds/assembly equipment to provide consistent part quality protecting company assets.
* Documents all molding/assembly setup and supports recording of downtime.
* Prepares molds and/or fixtures for storage at the completion of a production run.
* Coordinates and/or performs minor maintenance of equipment while in production.
* Completes weekly preventative maintenance assignments on molding and assembly equipment.
* Performs layered audits on molding/assembly equipment.
* Verifies process parameters are correct for molding and assembly equipment.
* Completes job responsibilities in compliance with industry safety standards.
* Must perform mold, tooling and secondary equipment changeovers when required.
