Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking a Sales/Customer Service Rep. for a manufacturing company in Mound House, NV. This position would involve prospecting, cold calling and handling the customer service for current clients.
Job Duties:
* Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
* Gather all information needed to properly quote prospective jobs.
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
* Coordinate with shipping and production departments to provide customers with accurate lead times and ship dates.
* Maintain open lines of communication with all existing and potential customers via email and/or phone.
* Enter orders as required either quote or Purchase Order.
* Acquire approval and process any special requests for current and prospective customers such as special samples or pricing.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree or 3-5 years related experience. This candidate will also have strong interpersonal communication skills, be computer literate, logical and well organized.

Must be able to periodically lift 50lbs and sit for prolonged periods of time.
