A large corporation in the Healthcare industry is looking for a new Administrative Assistant to join their successful team!

Looking for:

  • 3+ years experience as Administrative Assistant in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Organized, detail oriented, fast learner and team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) required.
  • Autocad and Tru view experience is a plus.
  • Professional customer service, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills a must
  • Excellent judgment and tact along with ability to maintain confidential information
  • Able to work effectively as a team member and to initiate and take action when necessary
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple workloads with multiple deadlines.

Start date: 12/14/2015

Contract duration: 5 months (Possible extension)

Job description: Responsible for printing materials and using autocad or truview and conversion to PDF.
Scanning documents and organizing large amount of information for high profile project..
Data management for large volume

Manage calendars for designated department members. Set-up/coordinate internal and external meetings/conference calls and prepare minutes where assigned. Arrange travel. Answer phones and take/relay voice mail and email messages. Prepare/maintain expense reports, purchase orders, vendor payment and reconciliation. Order/maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, as well as maintain and reconcile various department purchase cards. Provide organization support including presentation development (PowerPoint), database management (Excel), limited project management and other tasks as needed. Interact professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel via phone, in person, and via written correspondence. Establish contacts with other internal/external customers. Institute solutions for the administrative needs of the department. Other duties as assigned.
