About this job

This company is located in St. Louis Park, MN is focused on providing customer service as a third party to clients in the financial industry. There will be about 50 calls inbound that will require resolution and retention of services.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer in-coming phone calls and answer emails from members and perform associated tasks dependent upon product/program: initiate and authorize claims, registration of credit card information, etc.

Maintain a strong comprehension of the offered products
Provide superior customer service to our members in a timely and professional manner
Meet or exceed the established production and quality measurements for all work types
Promote and sell new products to customers through a consultative sales process
Process paperwork from members and other internal processes within contractual services levels
Act as a Fraud Resolution Specialist, initiating, tracking and following up on Fraud Resolution cases
Provide support for Retention call types
Comply with all PCI Federal and State regulations

Pay: $16/hr

Location: Saint Louis Park, MN

Hours: Full-time

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

1+ years of recent Call Center experience
