Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounting Customer Service Representative serves as customer support for Accounts Payable, responding to and resolving incoming issues and vendor issues .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow procurement processes, controls and policies .
• Serve as customer support for Accounts Payable, working with both corporate and facility to answer and resolve queries and issues.
• Respond to incoming issues related to the Accounts Payable process, system or other, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior Accounts Payable (AP) experience or strong knowledge of the AP process

Preferences:

• Shared Service / Multi-unit AP environment experience
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet stringent deadlines
• Imaging and / or OCR technology experience
• Healthcare industry experience
