The Staff Accountant applies principles of accounting to review financial information and support the preparation of company financial reports by performing the following duties.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile corporate operating accounts.
  • Reconcile various AR clearing and holding accounts.
  • Maintain and collect on AR items not loaded into the Shared Service environment.
  • Prepare AR invoices as assigned by management.
  • Prepare and process AR upload files for loading into Peoplesoft subledger, including the related journal entry.
  • Create and maintain customer account list.
  • Other reconciliations during month end close out procedures.
  • Reconcile $5 million annual capital spend for Rental and Demo equipment.
  • Backup support for:
    • Reconcile Daily Cash Deposits to Daily Sales Postings
    • Report company cash position on a daily basis.
    • Reconcile all field cash accounts at month end.
  • Reconciliation of Company’s on-line rental deposits
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Accounting   
  • 1 year with a Business degree.  3-4 years otherwise.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • English Fluency
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
