The primary goal of the Technical Support Representative is to provide excellent customer service to customers calling in regarding their internet, home phone, and cable service. Candidates must have an above average understanding of technology and be able to help troubleshoot basic issues over the phone.
Answer minor Technical Support Questions
Take payments.
Enter data into computer systems.
Escalate calls when necessary.
Candidates will be expected to communicate in a professional and courteous manner, follow through on requests quickly, answer billing questions and process customer payments, and document information into the computer system. Utilize Company computer systems and tools in a professional manner with proficiency.
Positions start at $11/hr
