Work Environment: Candidates will be working in an office environment in a regional field office. This person will be managing their administrative staff (receptionist and an admin) and will assist the regional director Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of ten years of office administrative experience
  • 2 years of office management experience including supervisory and customer-related experience
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
  • Ability to respond to large amount of demanding situations
  • Aptitude to prioritize and multi task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and departments
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • Knowledge of SAP
    Ability to travel a minimal amount of time
  • Bachelors in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
