Loss Control Representative

The Loss Control Representative is responsible to serve as the primary POC handling inquiries from underwriters, in-house loss control consultants, and vendors.

Pay rate - $15-$17/hr

Monday - Friday

Contract to Hire Opportunity

Job Duties:
-Establish and maintain a heavy volume of electronic files and email correspondence
-Quality control of field reports
-Answer, research, and resolve various questions and issues from internal staff, insureds, and agents
-Process correspondence to insureds and agents
-Maintain tracking system for follow up letters
-Manage loss control files on server
-Assign loss control surveys to field consultants
-Assist with AP and any other work as advised by management
-Process monthly compliance letters and incoming mail
-Complete projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
