Sales Associates responsible for sales performance. 2.Growth and profitability focused. 3.Client development by reviewing client books monthly with associates. 4.Train, develop and provide ongoing feedback and coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising and delivering the customer experience. 5.Team leader role: on the selling floor to answer customer questions and support all selling functions as well as merchandising and coaching. 6.Controls company assets by meeting all loss prevention measures and minimizing expenses. 7.Adaptive to business changes such as seasonal schedules and sales strategies. 8.Multi-tasking individual with excellent communication skills Requirements 1. Individual must have held a minimum of an assistant manager position for at least a year with extensive retail experience. 2.
