Position reports to Sr. Director Quality Assurance in the Quality Management Group. Work environment is in office at either our Irvine, CA or Minnetonka, MN locations. Mission is to 'Optimize Quality and Reduce Complexity for Business Excellence'. Vision is 'Leading Quality is a Way of Life, Excellence is the Destination'.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Create and maintain project plans related to accreditation and certification activities
Support accreditation and certification compliance efforts
Support onsite Reviews by URAC, NABP, NCQA and other accreditation / certification bodies as applicable
Provide Status updates and develop communication to inform executive leadership of accreditation / certification progress, barriers and other issues
Gain and Maintain knowledge of applicable accreditation standards and requirements to understand their relationship to organizational processes, systems and capabilities which may impact compliance

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Must have PMP Certification or will receive it within 3 months of hire
4+ years of Project Management experience
4+ years in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
Intermediate to expert level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
Preferred Qualifications:

BA / BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and / or equivalent education and work experience
Experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) preferred
Incumbent for this position would ideally have knowledge / experience in the following Accreditation/Certification standards:
National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP)
Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS)
Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites (VIPPS)
Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC)
National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
Intermediate knowledge of Visio and SharePoint
