Duties Include:
Review and reduce medical bills per compensation guidelines.
Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing as needed.
Communicate with insurance adjusters concerning claimant's bills and any questions they have
Responsible for making inquiries with healthcare providers for missing information and billing related questions
Meet guidelines of performance and turnaround time for each client.
Continued education of changes of codes and fee schedules are required.
The best qualified candidate will have experience with ICD9 or IDC10 as well as a general knowledge of medical terminology.
