Quality Inspector

Our client is looking for a 2nd & 3rd Shift Inspector to join their team.

Job Description:

• Perform start-up and in-process quality testing and sampling.
• Perform periodic reviews of the batch record throughout the production operation to ensure cGMP compliance and completion and accuracy of the appropriate pages.
• Notify QA and Production Coordinator when tests and/or inspections do not pass and writes Quarantine notices as necessary
• Verify all coded information (lot number and expiration date) are set correctly throughout the packaging line, and completes all qualified challenges on a production line.
• Ensure that equipment calibration dates in preproduction rooms are within required specifications and contacts appropriate personnel to re-calibrate as required.
• Work with IT to resolve issues as they pertain to JDE, touch screen and label generation programs

Qualifications:

• Production inspection experience.
• Pharma background REQUIRED
• Mechanical experience and aptitude
• Computer literate
• Strict attendance policies in place

Shift:

• 2nd shift: 4:00 PM - 12 Midnight
• 3rd shift: 12 Midnight - 8:00 AM
• Training is on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks
• Overtime

Pay:

• 2nd Shift: $20/hour with .20 cent differential
• 3rd Shift: $20/hour with .30 cent differential
• $1 raise after 90 days
• Evaluated every 6 months - potential for raise
