LGC Hospitality in Kansas City is currently seeking dedicated, professional SERVERS to work at fine-dining catered events in the Kansas City, MO and Overland Park, KS area for many major events throughout the holiday season. We serve high-profile clients and are looking only for the best.
Presentation is a crucial component of the hospitality industry; an ideal candidate is well-groomed and understands the importance of good hygiene.
An ideal candidate will have one year of experience in fine-dining banquet serving, however if you fit the part, we are willing to train.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Setting up, running and breakdown of events from small business meetings with minimal food to large groups with full meals; setting up tables, chairs and bars.
-Serving fine dining plated events as well as buffet-style banquets; waiting on guests, refilling beverages, handling special requests and general table manicuring.
-Show dedication and professionalism in attending to customer needs and maintaining good hospitality and customer relations.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
2. Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen.
3. Must have or be willing to obtain TIPs Certification (www.gettips.com)
4. Must have or be willing to obtain a Kansas City, MO Food Handlers Certification.
