Assistant Manager - Full-time

We have multiple management positions available in our retail stores along Madeira Beach/ Treasure Island!

Job Description: This position entails the operation of our retail stores during business hours, issuing tasks to subordinates, managing staff , receiving deliveries, working with vendors, handling customer service issues, managing registers, handling money/deposits, loss prevention, opening and closing the store, and other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must have management experience (Preferably 1-3 years of retail Asst. management experience)
• Retail specialty/apparel experience from sales driven environment.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentage.
• Possess good communication skills, effective interpersonal skills and show positive leadership.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members and provide them with the tools and guidance to be successful.
• Holds store employees accountable for following all company policies and procedures.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the ins-and-outs of store operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Proven reliability and personal integrity.
• Ability to move throughout all areas of the store; sales floor, receiving, register areas, including the outside perimeter of the store.
• Must pass background check and provide references upon request.
