About this job
The CBX Operator is responsible for operating a multi-line telephone system (Siemens CBX Attendant Console) to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Responsibilities include answering phone calls in a courteous and timely manner, communicating information effectively, working independently to recognize the nature of customer requests and determining appropriate action per department policy. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent
