**Job Description:**

The position is responsible for assisting Security Management by supporting their efforts to ensure delivery of security services. Position also serves as an operational resource to Client security management in supporting the delivery and monitoring of security programs, procedures and practices. Position is responsible for hiring, training, disciplining and terminating direct reports.

1. Manages a team of four (4) client specified administration position to include responsibility for hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, disciplining and terminations 40%

2. Plan and oversee execution of all Security Control Center processes and procedures. 20%

3. Plans, schedules, coordinate, and present all training courses required by the Agreement and AlliedBarton. Leads and directs all temporary services needed for Client with the assistance of direct reports. 10%

4. Provide regular reports to management regarding metrics, statistics and self-audit results according to Agreement. Compiles metrics for QBR's with the assistance of his direct reports. 20%

5. Apply, uphold, and enforce AlliedBarton and Client site specific policies and procedures and maintain appropriate documentation for direct reports. 20%

**/Additional Responsibilities:/**

1. Works with management at Client to deliver on projects, special coverage, and escort services. 10%

2. Organizes and presents information.

3. Develops data tables and written analyses.

4. Evaluates options and presents recommendation to project sponsor.

5. Assists in implementation of recommended course of action and changes in methods as appropriate.

6. Advises Account Manager on the implementation of training policies, procedures, and processes.

7. Keeps records and prepares accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods.

8. Establish and manage goals, strategies and processes to meet business objectives and customer needs.

9. Provide support for the development and administration of emergency action plans, training objectives and policy and procedures.

10. Help develop, define, and monitor program delivery strategies, content and deliverables in areas of focus, that improve security and other program processes, increasing efficiencies and reducing risks to customer assets including people, physical assets and information.

11. Introduce new ideas and solutions to balance business needs with continuously improving customer satisfaction, while reducing total program cost.
