Primary Responsibilities:
Provider Contract Pricing Guarantee Management analysis
Work with operational/financial departments to ensure compliance with contractual guarantees and to optimize value
Support and drive continuous process improvement;
Provide detailed analyses identifying risk and opportunity to Industry Relations Management
Provide ad hoc consultative analyses to internal and external clients
Work closely with RFP / Sales to deliver consistent Network and Pricing analyses for new and prospective business
Works closely with Industry Relations management to prioritize internal and external analyses
Collaborate with management teams to ensure Data Analytics delivers consistent, accurate and insightful pharmacy reporting
Performs other duties as assigned to meet corporate objectives

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of PBM Pricing and Analytic Experience
Strong detailed analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work productively and proactively in a dynamic, fast paced and constantly changing environment
Be a team player and strong ability to work with other disciplines across companies; Also able to work independently to achieve overall departmental goals
Self-starter, demonstrated ability to structure own work, design and drive projects from their inception through to completion
Strategic thinker, able to quickly grasp complex issues
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
Ability to use internal data warehouse to extract meaningful metrics and activity for analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative based field preferred
