The position of Terrain Park Grooming Lead is a working supervisory position.  The Lead is responsible for supervising the daily grooming of the terrain park, the construction of the half pipe and pro-size jump line (from start to finish) and running all equipment and directing all construction of features.  Additional responsibilities may include training and coaching personnel in company and safety policies, assisting the Manager with coordinating repairs and maintenance of equipment with Fleet maintenance. Other duties as assigned.  The schedule is typically 10 hour days  4days/week  4:00pm-2:30am

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

5 years experience in terrain park operations or maintenance

1 year previous supervisory experience

Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs

Valid US Driver's license

Basic Microsoft Office

Must be able to read, write, speak, comprehend and understand English Fluently

Must be able to talk and hear using two-way radios

Must be able to build/cut half-pipe using a Zaugg Pipe Cutting Machine from start to finish

Must be able to construct pro-size jump line from start to finish

Must be familiar with terrain park equipment such as "Park" Snowcats, Winch Cats, and Zaugg Pipe Cutter

Knowledge of risk management and construction helpful

May be required to work weekends, holidays and/or evenings
