Providence is calling an Assistant Nurse Manager (Full Time, Night Shift) in Labor & Delivery to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA.
In this position you will:
Manage and coordinate unit, direct and supervise functions and activities, interprets policies/procedures/protocols, standards and regulations as appropriate.
Perform duties in any nursing capacity as needed.
Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age-specific patient population ( e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current California Licensed Registered Nurse.
Minimum 3 years experience within specialty required.
1 year management experience in similar role
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for Health Care Providers from the American Heart Association.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
