Position Title: Materials Specialist

KBR is seeking a(n) Materials Specialist to join its team in Corpus Christi, TX

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsible for planning, budgeting, and supervision of all material control activities at a construction jobsite.

Provide information on identified material requirements, establish acquisition priorities and stating the procurement, fabrication, delivery, issue and inventory status of each.

Maintain materials systems and records and prepare status reports.

REQUIREMENTS

Requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree and 5 or more years of experience.

EPC construction site experience required.

EPC Capital Project experience required.

User must have excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Powerpoint

Must be willing to relocate to both domestic or international sites.

Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) experience a plus

ERP system (SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle) experience a plus.
