In this position you will be responsible for:

Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implement or assist in the development of strategic policies. Review methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results through lean processes, six sigma tools, 5S, visual management, standardized work, etc. Establish, monitor and assure adherence to budgets. Analyze costs, schedules, work plans and performance requirements. Assist with development of organization related to policies, practices and attainment of operating goals. Manage the operation activities of a variety of departments. Review and analyze reports, records and directives and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress and problems encountered. Assign or delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminates policy to supervisors. Resolve problems, prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Coordinate activities of the department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years experience working as a leader in a distribution environment.

Additional Qualifications Preferred:

Associates Degree/ College Diploma Experience working within a disciplined business structure and contributing as part of a team. Proficient use of office and business management programs: SAP and Microsoft Office 365 Good understanding of Lean philosophies and practices Proficient Goal Setting and Performance Management skills. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to create solutions. Excellent communication skills.
