Job Summary :

The HIS Client Care Senior Manager is responsible to lead our client focused operations and actions to include overall Client Success, Client Services and Support, Optimization, Enterprise Implementation and Training, Nosology, Operations and Documentation.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Direct supervision of 5 direct reports who lead 350+ personnel providing support and services for entire 3M Health Information Systems product suite. Our client portfolio includes over 4,000 clients, with approximately 7,000 sites

- Directly responsible for designing and implementing operational changes in processes, procedures, and systems to continually improve client satisfaction above 85%

- Create short and long-term strategies for the maintenance and growth of Client Care departments

- Develop and manage of a proactive and consistent client escalation and resolution process

- Serve as final escalation point in the resolution of non-routine or complex software problems.

- Ensure consistent management of all escalated client issues

- Develop, implement, and sustain communication protocols and processes for how the Client Care team should work together, and communicate to leadership throughout the Division

- Provides direct and supervisory leadership, coaching, training and development to Client Care leadership as well as all assigned employees.

- Provide financial management, guidance, and operational accountability for I&T and other department costs, accountability for Division billing targets. Provide strategic vision and direction for client operations and client services. Serve as a Division Operating Committee member

- Provide direct supervision to assigned employees through leadership, coaching, training and development, allocating work assignments, review of progress in achieving objectives, managing employee compensation, performance appraisals, diversity, disability, all relevant employee data, etc.

- Take appropriate action to address policy violations. May manage workforce vendors and contracts

- Ability to travel 50% of the time

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

- Minimum of seven (7) years managing professional/technical staff

- Minimum of seven (7) years client services/support experience

- Minimum of four (4) years healthcare work experience

- Minimum of four (4) years of senior executive experience engaging in personal 1:1 discussions / presentations to C-suite client leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Business, Business Management or Information Management.

- Exceptional client relationship, problem solving, and negotiation skills

- Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy

- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, and be creative and innovative

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Capable of maintaining superior customer and employee relations in a fast paced environment

- Superior verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills

Location: Murray, UT / Silver Spring, UT

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic

Relocation: Is authorized
