Summary:



We are seeking a Contracts Director to report and record real estate sales, prepare deposits and reconcile monthly statements. Director will also be primarily responsible for processing all transaction paperwork related to real estate sales.



Responsibilities:




  • Prepare and verify daily reports

  • Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry

  • Input sales information

  • Draft closing documents

  • Reconcile bank account

  • Prepare authorized refunds

  • Compile monthly reports

  • Investigate and collect returned items

  • Maintain returned check account

  • Maintain chargeback account

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules

  • Interface with merchant account provider

  • Interface with financing provider



 



Computer Skills:



Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.



A full background check will be completed prior to employment. A valid driver's license is mandatory to be considered for this position. The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, nights and weekend work is mandatory.
