General Manager 2 - Vending - Full-time / Part-time

Sodexo Vending and Convenience Services has a new General Manager position available! This GM will be responsible for the Retail Food and Vending operations in the greater Boston market. This hands-on position requires experience managing multiple Food/Retail/Vending sites, fleet vehicles, a food warehouse as well as strong employee management & client relations skills. Prior experience managing diverse workforces preferred. Prior experience managing Retail, Vending and/or Food Service operations would be ideal. Must be an independent self-starter, good leader & understand P&L food operations.

Position Summary

Directs all contract vending service operations at a single unit. Manages routes, fleet, and maintenance of fleet. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account. May include in-house and route vending. Reports to DM.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
