Sodexo Corporate Services has an exciting opportunity for an innovative and professional Catering Manager 2 within a large, high-profile Business & Industry account in St. Louis, MO! This large account consists of multiple cafes, coffee shops and micromarkets within 4 different buildings. It includes moderate to heavy catering with extensive client/customer interaction.
This position will oversee catering and caf operations and a team of hourly Sodexo employees. They will be responsible for placing beverage & specialty food orders, working closely with an Executive Chef. The best qualified candidate will have strong catering experience, including catering design/menu design. They will also have strong client relations and interpersonal skills, as well as technical savvy and marketing experience. Experience with financials, as well as hotel or country club experience are also highly preferred. A valid Driver's License is required for this position.

Directs setup for events. Responsible for pricing, billing and resolving customer complaints. Develops menu/costing.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
