Job expectations:
- Lead, train and coach all crew members to provide great guest experiences.
- Have a strong passion to manager the overall operations of the restaurant.
- Maximize sales and restaurant profitably.
- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training and developing of crew members.
- Fulfill highest level of cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
- Conduct weekly inventory to minimize waste and control cost.
Experience:
- 2-5 years experience in food and beverage service, management, hospitality and/or retail environment.
- Enthusiastic about food
- A motivational leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong math, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
