High level of attention to detail.
Judgment and decision making - Ability to follow procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communications - Read and comprehend customer correspondence; utilize system prompts and preformatted letters; ability to create free form outgoing customer response letters.
System/Industry Knowledge - Preferred credit card industry experience.
Analytical/Financial - Math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using a desktop calculator.
Data Entry - Enter data into preformatted spreadsheets.
Must be able to analyze the most difficult cases dealing with financial transactions, payment reallocations, rewards points reallocation, etc.
Ability to apply concepts and organize work - Follow structured procedures.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required.
