Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager 2 for Mount Sinai Hospital, located on the near west side of Chicago, IL . Mount Sinai is part of Sinai Health System who's mission is to improve the health of individuals and the community they serve. This is a first shift opportunity and requires rotating weekends and holidays. Candidates need to have some flexibility to fill in on other shifts as needed.
This position will be responsible for leading and motivating approximately 20-25 union employees. This Manager will provide ongoing training and ensure quality assurance in a fast paced healthcare setting. Maintaining cleaning quality to a very high level and driving patient/employee satisfaction is essential for the success of this role.The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, along with excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Candidates must have strong leadership experience and relationship-building skills. Prior experience with Sodexo systems, FOSS, CARES, TRAKKAR and SHINE is preferred. Seeking bilingual candidates - the ability to speak Spanish would be helpful managing this position.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
