• Recruiting, developing, and motivating both hourly and salaried team members


• Providing initial and ongoing personnel training and development


• Improving patient and staff food service satisfaction


• Executing programs and processes to increase retail revenue


• Elevating customer satisfaction and customer relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Experience managing 10 or more employees


• Working knowledge of computer applications


• Associates degree in Culinary Arts or Bachelors in Food,Nutrition or Dietetics


• Bi-lingual (a plus)


• Relocation flexibility


• CDM certification preferred.


• Registered Dietitian
