Manager Data Sales Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities

The Manager of Solutions Architects is responsible for all aspects of leading a team toward the successful attainment of Sales targets, talent development, staffing, strategic initiatives and customer escalations.  This person will partner with Sales leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, exceed sales targets, and develop solution selling skills across Sales and Data personnel. 

Addtionally, this person will:

• Attend customer meetings and handle customer escalations.
• Manage all aspects of ASA/SA performance
• Coach, teach, and lead in a way that builds trust and credibility
• Attend internal Sales meetings
• Report on all performance metrics
