PepsiCo's Human Resources function is seeking an HR professional to provide generalist support for the Global Procurement function. The Senior Human Resources Representative directs the team, serving as an HR expert, business partner, employee advocate and change agent. The role will provide HR generalist support for approximately 150 associates globally. This role will provide strategic direction, design and implementation oversight for the long-term organizational capability and talent management agenda for these functions. This role reports to the HR Director, Global Procurement.

Key Objectives of the HR Representative role include:

Support the leadership team and employees in delivering the business agenda through four key HR roles (strategic partner, change agent, technical function expert and employee champion).

Provide HR leadership across a broad spectrum of activities to maximize organizational effectiveness and performance (strategic recruitment and staffing, organizational design, developing talent, shaping the organization, and fostering communication).

Lead the execution of core people processes (e.g. Performance Management Process, People Planning, 360, MQPI, Organizational Health Surveys) and other aspects of the people agenda including staffing, diversity, career pathing and performance coaching and development, recognition, compensation, policy compliance and employee relations / advocacy for respective clients.

Manage and administer HR programs and workplace policies; ensure full compliance of HR initiatives (SOX, staffing, people processes, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development) to drive growth initiatives.

Proactively anticipate employee issues and provide timely coaching and counseling to reconcile differences and establish resolution.

Develop and implement strategies, systems, processes, and programs that support effective employee advocacy; this includes creating and maintaining a work environment that supports establishing a climate for accomplishing productive improvement, operational flexibility, skill development, diversity and principle

Train and coach managers on MyHR self-service portal to ensure smooth execution of HR transactions (hires, terminations, transfers, organizational hierarchies,)

Provide core analytic capability for the GP function on key talent statistics that are designed to provide key insights for core HR processes and strategic projects

Qualifications:

2+ years in progressive Human Resources function.

Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Human Resources preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

Strong leadership and project management skills

Strong influencing and relationship building skills, sound judgment making skills, with a high degree enthusiasm to drive results to achieve the company's goals.

Demonstrated experience in implementing change initiatives.

Must have an excellent ability to balance a strategic focus with a strong orientation toward process improvement and an analytical, detail oriented perspective.
