JOB SUMMARY: Sell and manage transportation solutions to a portfolio of customers and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing internal revenue objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails; includes responsibility for soliciting loads and providing rate quotes Fosters existing client relationships, developing an understanding of customer needs and requirements Participates in customer on-boarding calls to ensure customer service expectations are understood and met Provides load status updates to customers as needed Investigates service failures and works with operations to institute corrective actions to prevent future issues Monitors load acceptance and Electronic Data Interface to ensure freight requests are covered Monitors internal and customer scorecards to ensure customer metrics are met Audits s and resolves invoicing errors and railroad accessorial charges Works with collections to help resolve short pays Participates in customer visits as directed by account management Other duties as required and/or requested MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in the transportation industry preferred Significant customer service experience Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with all levels of the Hub organization, its customers and carriers Working knowledge of various Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel and Word High school diploma or equivalent OTHER BENEFITS:
