Job Summary Fleming Shared Services Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant Associate to perform tasks related to expense and payables processing. Customer base consists of the following executive offices: President's Office, Office of the Vice President and Secretary, Office of the Vice President for Global Communications and Strategic Initiatives, Office of the Vice President of Government Relations, Office of the Vice President and General Counsel.

Responsibilities* Processing purchase orders and non-purchase order invoices, PeoplePay and Wire Transfers. Creating purchase orders.

Processing SUB billings via University Accounts Receivable system.

Research and respond to all issues pertaining to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Assist with responding to department e-mails and phone calls

Perform a full range of administrative duties

Required Qualifications* 3-5 years experience in the job description duties.

Excellent oral and written communications, and strong customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate several tasks simultaneously.

Reasonable knowledge of University, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Concur policies and procedures.
