The beautiful Hyatt Regency New Orleans, a 4-Diamond, luxury hotel in the heart of the Central Business District, is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager!

The Food & Beverage Manager will have the opportunity to rotate and develop within all of the restaurant outlets at the hotel. In this position, the manager will begin their rotation in our 1.4 million dollar revenue generating Starbucks. This licensed Starbucks store is a leader in the New Orleans coffee industry, and has been recognized as the top producing property within the Hyatt brand and the Southeast region. Responsibilities of the manager will be overseeing the day to day functions, including scheduling, training, and directing of a 20 person staff, while providing a welcoming and clean environment for both guests and employees.

Within 18-24 months of success with our Starbucks store, the manager will rotate and be promoted into the management of our full service outlet restaurants within the hotel, which is a portal to the many Food & Beverage higher leadership positions Hyatt has to offer.

Refined verbal communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

At least 2 years' experience in F&B management

Solid work experience with verifiable success in leading F/B teams

At least an associate's degree (2 years) from an accredited university
