About this job
Under the direction of the Director of Education, coordinates, develops, implements and evaluates educational programs provided for the organization and community. Educators will be familiar with all aspects of the department's operation, but will focus on assigned area of coordination.

Education/Experience : Bachelors Degree in Nursing with one year of adult education experience.
Registration/Certification : Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation instructor, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor, Tuberculosis instructor as required by job assignment required within one year of date in position.
Job Knowledge & Skills :
Demonstrates a general knowledge of educational principles and techniques utilized in adult education.
Requires knowledge of continuous quality improvement concepts and philosophy.
Demonstrates leadership and group cohesion skills that promote teamwork and group achievement.
Demonstates working knowledge of the English language, verbal and written.
Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills, necessary to interact with all internal and external customers.
Demonstrates computer skills and effective use of available software.
Demonstrates organizational and analytical skill necessary to promote the overall effectiveness of education programs
