Inside Sales Representative
Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Inside Sales Representative will ensure our clients Accounting software integrations fulfill their business requirements:
- Assist customers in set-up of our software by email and phone.
- Answer pre-sales and general functionality questions.
- Assist existing customers with questions about their software.
- Provide level one technical support to customers.
- Assist with marketing activities.
Prerequisites
Here are the prerequisites:
- Small business employment experience or desire to start working for small companies.
- Desire to go outside your comfort zone and learn new skills.
- A basic understanding of Accounting.
- One year of experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or general bookkeeping. An Accounting course would constitute as enough experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to perform phone sales.
- Zendesk experience is a plus, though not required.
- 2 to 5 years of work experience, but entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
- U.S. citizens only, please.
Hours
The position is approx. 30 hours/week. Work starts at 9 am and ends around 5 pm. JMA needs help Monday through Wednesday with some hours Thursday and Friday. Applicants need to meet with us monthly and should be local to the Boston area.
Compensation
Consummate on experience. Base salary is $30/hour and commissions are available.
