Provide clerical support to Federal Employee Program (FEP) Prior Authorization Department. Primary duties include moving documents located in database tool CAS to work groups/queues, outbound fax communications to physician offices, scanning documents and attaching to internal database. Requires decision-making skills to properly resolve inquiries for the healthcare providers and patients. Must have professional communication skills for some outbound calls to MD offices for contact verification. Required Qualifications:

1 year of previous computer experience is required, in addition to the ability to type 30 words a minute Excellent organizational skills and time management skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Team environment candidate must have ability to deal effectively with people and have excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Caremark proprietary applications. Previous office experience. Previous Outbound call experience Education:

High School Diploma or Post High School. Health care experience desired Business Overview:
