Sales Agent

In this role, you will utilize your personality and strong sales background to drive wireless lifeline sales through your own outdoor event locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Identify and establish multiple outside sales event locations to for distribution.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state lifeline requirements.
  • Maintain an order production to meet and exceed company expectations.
  • Greet customers and determine what each customer wants or needs.
  • Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
  • Answer questions regarding the service and merchandise.
  • Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Maintain records related to sales.
  • Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
  • Setup and takedown mobile event marketing daily, ability to lift 40lbs.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year of customer —facing experience
  • 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred)
  • Basic PC skills including computer navigation, email and internet
  • Must have flexible work availability
  • Must be able to work independently
