Business Development Consultant - Full-time

Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring Consultants for our Internet Sales Department!

Successful candidates will work a rotating 40 hour per week.  Some of the duties include "working" Internet leads by telephone, email & text, ultimately setting appointments for test drives.  Internet Sales Consultant positions are performance-based, and include a competitive hourly wage, plus sales commissions and bonuses.  We enjoy a fast-paced environment that offers great financial opportunities!

• Must be able to call customers and set firm appointments


• Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends


• Smartphone experience is a "must"; Technologically savvy

Earn $35,000 to $50,000 a year. All benefits such as Insurance, 401K, Christmas savings, Dental and more are available.

Some Job Functions:

• Willingness to learn.  We expect you to learn and know the inventory, the product, and word tracks when talking to customers.  Expect a two week paid training period


• Customers often request additional photographs or a short video of the car.  You would be provided with a Cell phone to shoot the pictures/videos and send to the customer by text or email
