Providence is calling an Executive Administrative Assistant to Providence Medical Group in Olympia, WA.
This is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) and is eligible for benefits. This position will primarily support the Chief Operating Officer and three directors of Southwest Washington Providence Medical Group.
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys customer interactions and multi-tasking to provide executive administrative support.
In this position you will:
Interface with important internal and external contacts while maintaining a high level of discretion and initiative, and effectively prioritize against multiple deliverables.
Respond to inquiries, and maintain documents and database records using Microsoft Office Suite
Manage multiple calendars and associated logistics.
Book travel arrangements, submit expense reports, track data, take meeting minutes, order office supplies.
Serve as point of contact with building manager as well as maintenance staff.
Exercise judgment that reflects each leader's style as well as the company's Mission and Core Values.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated progressively responsible administrative experience supporting at least one executive
Ability to think critically and pay attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
College education or degree
Visio experience
Medical terminology
Experience working with an interdisciplinary team
Experience contributing to process improvement
